서비스는 KMD가 운영하는 계정의 데이터만 가져옵니다. 연결을 해제하거나 저장된 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
1. 플랫폼에서 연결 해제
각 플랫폼의 계정 설정에서 서비스의 권한을 철회하면, 그때부터 서비스는 해당 계정의 데이터를 가져올 수 없습니다.
- Instagram·Threads: 앱의 설정에서 연결된 앱·웹사이트 권한 메뉴로 들어가 서비스를 제거합니다.
- Meta 광고: 비즈니스 설정에서 광고 계정에 할당된 앱 또는 시스템 사용자 권한을 제거합니다.
- TikTok: TikTok 앱의 보안·권한 설정이나 TikTok For Business의 광고 계정 인증 관리에서 서비스를 제거합니다.
플랫폼이 연결 해제나 삭제 요청을 서비스에 알려 오면, 서비스는 해당 계정의 접근 토큰을 지우고 수집을 멈춥니다.
2. 저장된 데이터 삭제 요청
contact@kmdkorea.com으로 계정 이름과 플랫폼을 적어 보내 주세요. 요청자가 해당 계정의 운영 권한을 가졌는지 확인한 뒤, 30일 안에 해당 계정에서 가져온 데이터를 지우고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
Data deletion instructions
This service only retrieves data from accounts operated by KMD.
- Revoke access: remove the app permission in the account settings of Instagram, Threads, Meta Business settings, or TikTok. The service then stops collecting data from that account and deletes its access token.
- Request deletion: email contact@kmdkorea.com with the account name and platform. After verifying that the requester manages the account, KMD deletes the data retrieved from that account within 30 days and confirms by email.
